• Project Role Description :Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

  • Key Responsibilities : A: Analyzing the Requirements from the client B: Participating in preparing Test Plans C: Preparing Test artifacts like test scenarios, scripts, test data, test completion report etc D: Mentoring junior team members E: Defect Tracking prompt follow up on defects in Quality Center F: Giving mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it G: Communication with the Onshore Test Lead / Test Manager H: Maintain positive client interactions
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Should have Total 3-5 yrs experience in Functional Testing B: Should have good experience in Test management tools and good understanding on SDLC C: Should have experience in Agile methodology D: Good to have experience in JIRA/Rally E: Good to have Wealth Management knowledge
    
  • Professional Attributes : A: Good communication Skill B: Creativity, Personal Drive, Influencing and Negotiating, C: Problem Solving Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills D:Should be a good team player
