• Key Responsibilities : 1 Should be responsible configuring/setting up Oracle Payroll module 2 Responsible for gathering the business requirements, requirement mapping, conducting gap analysis and come up with functional design documents and configuration documents 3 Responsible for supporting client through full UAT life cycle and Go live
  
• Technical Experience : 1 Candidate should have working experience of at least 4 to 5 years in Oracle HRMS/Payroll with at least 1 implementation on US payroll 2 Should have strong functional knowledge in US Payroll with hands on experience in Yearend processes for US legislation along with core HR skill 3 Should have hands on experience in writing and debugging Oracle fast formulas, setting up elements and balance configurations 4 Should set up Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions Operating Units,
