- Key Responsibilities : a: Resolve technical issues for historian Aspen IP21 b: Fulfil service requests for historian Aspen IP21 c: Monitor support mailbox and respond to queries and requests raised by the users
- Technical Experience : a: Implementation or run and maintenance for historian Aspen IP21 OR: b: Implementation or run and maintenance for major historians such as OSI-PI, Honeywell PHD etc c: Fair knowledge on databases such as MS-SQL, Oracle
- Professional Attributes : a: Good communication skills needed to interact with users, client Service Delivery Leads b: good analytical skill
