  • Key Responsibilities : a Implement integrations requested by customers b Deploy updates and fixes c Provide High level technical support d Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience e Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems f Perform root cause analysis for production errors g Investigate and resolve technical issues h Develop scripts to automate visualization i Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
    
  • Technical Experience : a Leadership experience as a team lead b Have analyzed business requirements with technical solution costs to provide win-win scenarios c 7 years of progressive DevOps engineering experience d 2 years of DevOps leadership experience e Strong hands-on technical experience on Delivering web applications on public clouds such as AWS f Configuration Management and automation, and Infrastructure as Code g Experience with Relational Databases h Experience with NoSQL databases a plus
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Must have object-oriented thinking and equipped with industry best practices in development and maintenance of the client deliverables b Must have good communication skills to interact with the client and the other stack holders c Must be a good team lead to motivate the team members
