  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Oversight of the purpose and status of the projects in a program 2 Use this oversight to support project-level activity to ensure the program goals are met by providing a decision-making capacity 3 To analyst and interpret information to provide comprehensive and appropriate level of progress updates 4 Conscientiously monitor progress, highlight and apply mitigations to any risksissuesdependencies as they arise, plan effectively around delivery constraints 5 Familiar with Agile and DevOps
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Satisfy all scrum master requirements 2 Understand Scaled agile framework 3 Understand agile transformation in team/product level and has related experience 4 Has experience in enterprise level agile transformation, and understand lean theory and coaching theory, has coach certification
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills 2 Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore
