  • Key Responsibilities : A: Responsible for organizing and presenting the results to the key stakeholders and investors in an easy-to-understand manner B: Data scientist also design and suggest ways to automate certain processes within the company C: Should be able to analyze large/ small datasets to derive meaningful insights and define benchmarks/ range of meaningful data
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc B: Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Python, Weka, NumPy, MatLab, etc C: Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3js, GGplot, etc D: Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig E: Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase F: Excellent applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical
