  • Key Responsibilities : 1Experience in working with cross-disciplinary teams such as mechanical, electro-mechanical, software, process, for major projects with global work environment 2Engineer will be responsible for answering to the Customer Issues assigned to them as per the SLA defined 3Provide prompt assistance on a variety of issues and questions related to product features, usage including license management Experienced in integration CAD and relevant SAP system Functional support for customers to implement
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 CAD tools : E3series, ePlan, Engineering Base, SEE Electrical Expert etc 2Concept in electronic design and/or management administration is a plus 3Definition, implementation, deployment, training, support activities 4ITIL and Agile skills are added advantages
