    • Key Responsibilities : a: Managing maintaining various AWS services like, Amazon Connect, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Lex, Transcribe, Comprehend b: Provide L2, L3 support for operational activities c: Handling day to day Incidents, Service requests and preparing reports for clients, project manager d: Create design documents for client and prepare estimation for the project e: Planning, coordinating, tracking and executing Migrations f: Mentoring team members to achieve target timely delivery
    • Technical Experience : a: Product knowledge AWS Services Amazon Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Transcribe, Comprehend b: Good hands on AWS environment c: Good knowledge on Python, JSON, xml d: Hands on experience on any contact center environment e: Expertise on ITIL processes and project management f: Knowledge on Salesforce, ServiceNow g: Automation using RPA or DevOPS
    • Professional Attributes : a: Excellent communication skills b: Technical Expertise
    • Educational Qualification : B Tech
    • Additional Information : a: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate b: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate
