  • Key Responsibilities : Configuration and deployment of customized Contact Flows - Monitor and resolve tickets in Level 3 queue in a timely manner - Process Roll-On/Off requests in a timely manner - Configure integration with external Databases utilizing existing Lambda calls
    
  • Technical Experience : - Design and Configure customized call flows based on input from county recommendations - Support third party applications Reporting, Work Force Management, and Quality Assurance
    
  • Professional Attributes : Member of the IVR/Contact Center Team, providing technical support maintenance of production and development systems and administration of environments, ensuring SLA targets are met
