  • Key Responsibilities : a: Build and maintain a trusted relationship with clients by having a good understanding of the insurance business and challenges b: Work with the business to identify system enhancements that enable our business to meet their growth / vision goals and add value c: Facilitate and lead requirement elicitation process and meetings d: Understand complex business requirements, map them to existing features, identify gaps and propose solutions and work around
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Proven 5 - 6 Years of experience as a Business Analyst b: Sound knowledge in PC insurance domain and experience in Insurance Policy Admin systems Preferably Commercial Insurance c:Complete understanding of insurance product lifecycle d: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and understanding of SDLC methodologies e: Experience in delivering functional/business requirements document, user stories, supporting mapping documents, use cases, wireframes
