  • Key Responsibilities : As a contact center engineer you will help us implement the Genesys cloud environment and migrate from the existing Engage environment

    Your responsibilities include Configuration and setup for different Genesys functionalities: o Business unit config o User setup o Recording and quality monitoring o Reporting realtime and historical Develop Architecture routing solutions Develop automated test scripts Coaching team members on the cloud platform

    
    
  • Technical Experience : Minimal Bachelor degree Minimal 5 year experience as an engineer in a Contact Center environment Completed the following Genesys pure cloud certifications: o Genesys Cloud Certified Associate GCA o Genesys Cloud Certified Professional GCP or Genesys Cloud Certified Developer GCD Experience with Workforce Management Knowledge of Contact Center reporting Experience with Java script, Node JS Used to working in enterprise environments Azure DevOps Experience with Agile / scrum way of work
