  • Key Responsibilities : A:Reviews, monitors and tests internal controls and procedures associated with products, services, customers and operations B:Maintains documentation within the companys GRC tool C:Maintains and improves standard internal controls documentation and reports including process flowcharts D:Tests control systems and communicates the successful and efficient performance of control and business recovery procedures E:Maintains familiarity with internal processes and an awareness of changes
    
  • Technical Experience : A:Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills B: Salesforce experience and Admin certified C:Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills D:Possess business acumen and credibility to help business lines proactively identify and address changing workforce needs E:Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory trends F:Understanding of the products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
