  • Key Responsibilities : a-Own resolution of assigned problem tickets, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend/implement fixes b-Coordinate and implement application enhancements and patches c-Assist with resolving outpost operating system OS level support issues: d-Assist with the development of standards to more easily discover applications eg common search element for custom applications
    
  • Technical Experience : a-Application Modelling using SAM b-Experience in the discovery of cloud services like AWS, etc c-Maintain the configuration between the outposts and the instances d-Monitor and troubleshoot discovery scan failures e-Address credential problems encountered during discovery scans f-Build patterns eg match folder names, registry keys, system processes, etc through script development to find applications deployed in the environment g-Understand how Discovery data is used within the CMDB
