- Key Responsibilities : The resource should perform enhancements and changes in Microsoft based applications using ASPNET
The resource should work directly with client in clarifying requirements and implementing solutions
The resource should provide continuos improvements in managing ASPNET applications
- Technical Experience : The resource must have hands-on experience in ASPNET development
The resource must have experience in working with databases especially MS SQL
The resource must have experience working in an agile environment
- Professional Attributes : The resource should have good analytical skills to come up solutions for given requirements
The resource should take ownership of user stories assigned
The resource should work well within a team and be a team player
- Educational Qualification : minimum 15 years of full time education
