• Project Role Description : Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress.

  • Key Responsibilities : A 10 years of hands on programming, experience on any of the modern technologies eg Java, net, PHP, python etc B Should have been part of an Agile team for minimum of 6-8yrs C 5 yrs of experience as an Agile coach/trainer D Experience on XP, Devops, clean code principles, TDD, BDD, pair programming, Cloud platform
    
  • Technical Experience : A Experienced Trainer/Mentor/Coach on topics like XP, Devops, clean code principles, TDD, BDD, pair programming B Experience working as an external consultant on Technical Agile Transformation
    
  • Professional Attributes: 1 Excellent Communication skills 2 An active member/contributor to Agile community events like webinar, conferences, blogs, white paper etc
