  • Key Responsibilities : A: Working with Product Owner, Product Manager, Program Manager and Scrum Team to deliver business value B: Guiding the Scrum Team on how to use Agile/Scrum and SAFe practices and values and on how to get the most out of self-organization C: Taking ownership of day to day delivery by: D: Facilitating Sprint Planning, involving relevant stakeholder, using Definition of Ready DoR E: Facilitate Sprint ceremonies F: Supporting the Product Owner in Product Backlog refinement
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Kendis, Slack B: 5 years of experience in Scrum Master role working with couple of Scrum Teams C: Must have Scrum Master certifications At least one of these : CSM, PSM I, PMI ACP D: Must have SAFe certifications Anyone from this list: SAFe Agilist, POPM, SAFe ASM E: Experience in SAFe ways of working with larger program is added advantage F: Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation
