• Project Role :Scrum Master
• Project Role Description :Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress.

  • Technical Experience : A: Technical Scrum Master B: Minimum 10 years of exp C: Working experience in Java/AWS space is required
    
  • Professional Attributes : A:Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently B: Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills written and verbal, and interpersonal skills C: Excellent organizational and time management skills
    
  • Educational Qualification : A: Bachelor degree with computer science preferred
    
  • Additional Information : A: Should be able to work in shift B from 1:30 to 10:30 PM IST B: Early Joiners required
