• Project Role :Scrum Master
• Project Role Description :Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress.

  • Key Responsibilities : Facilitate daily standup meetings or the daily scrum as needed Facilitate Iteration/sprint planning meetings Sprint reviews Participate in the meeting and capture feedback Retrospectives Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints Work with the team in estimation and sub task creation Develop metrics and reports using Rally/ Jira to help the team understand its health and progress and to set goals Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
    
  • Technical Experience : 3 Years of experience as a scrum master Good experience with agile software development methodologies practices Experience in analyzing, planning, implementing and delivering sprint goals Good experience in conducting daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos retrospective meetings Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft office, Project Visio Experience with SAFe methodologies Scrum master other agile certifications are a plus
