  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 5 years experience as a Scrum Master experience -Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle and of several software development methodologies -2 Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies -Experience developing training materials -Experience leading organizational CM
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Leading and coaching the organisation in its Agile adoption and promoting delivery of business value 2 Collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure backlogs are groomed and maintained 3 Organising and facilitating daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint release planning, demos, retrospectives and other related team meetings 4 Project Management with ability to manage risks, issues and dependencies 5 Experience with JIRA, and Confluence
