  • Key Responsibilities : a Serve as marketing automation/workflow design expert for the team Work with Corporate Regional marketing EMEA, APAC, AMER to provide recommendations and design for regional implementations b Regularly analyze and report on effectiveness of overall automation programs: identifying opportunities for improvement, recommending changes in the workflow design, or suggesting best practices that can be leveraged across the team c Provide marketing program level reporting d Design and properly QA mail
    
  • Technical Experience : a Quickly understands the business issues and operation challenges, and address them b Work cross-functionally with other teams for resolving issues c Willingness to perform data administrative and clerical duties during start up phase of program d Actively coordinate and manage the activity of uploading different Geo contacts/leads into Marketo SFDC for marketing campaigns e Define and establish data quality processes, procedures, tools, and documentation for list data
