• Key Responsibilities : -Maintain and extend the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response integration for IG -Provide demonstrations of the integration to support business development efforts -Support ServiceNow administrators internal external for questions and issues with the integration -Work closely with the CTI Vulnerability Intelligence team to map between data models -Work closely with the IG engineering team on Customer API requirements and status
  
• Technical Experience : -Understanding of the role of cyber threat intelligence in cyber defense operations -Usage of Git or similar version control systems -Usage of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other elements of the Atlassian suite -Experience with Amazon Web Services cloud environments -Experience with vulnerability standards such as CVSS, CVE, and CWE -Working knowledge of ServiceNow API -Working knowledge of ServiceNow infrastructure deployments
