  • Key Responsibilities : As a Team Lead primary responsibilities are to provide Infrastructure support for ISM services with expert level knowledge on technology and people management skills This role will also include responsibilities like escalations handling, vendor management, and interaction with security leads as well as with other support teams to ensure successful delivery of the security operations Service
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Implements security solutions infrastructure and/or application including the design, configuration, development, testing and deployment of security-related technologies 2 Expert level experience with deployment, maintenance and operations of one or more EDR, AV, Proxy, DLP Solutions 3 EDR - Hands-on experience with expertise on EDR like CrowdStrike, Endgame, Palo Alto Cortex etc 4 Endpoint Security: Antivirus solution , Host based IDS/IPS Symantec Critical System Protection
    
  • Professional Attributes : Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or higher degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    
  • Additional Information : Vulnerability Management, Network Security Certificate Management skills Certificates PMP, ITIL
