- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1 Strong understanding of ITIL processes Incident Change Problem, Major Incident Management would be advantage
2 Administration of Cisco Tetration Device
3 Management of Enterprise Console Provide proactive assistance to specific requirements
4 Handle critical escalations
- Technical Experience : 1 Hands on experience on cisco tetration
2 Good knowledge of cloud platoform
3 Good knowledge of firewalls preferably Cisco FTDs
4 Knowledge of AD
5 Knowledge of linux platform
6 Python or any other scripting language would be an added preference
- Professional Attributes: Should be open to work in shifts, Travel to other locations when required,cwilling to learn new technologies cross skilling, Upskilling Good Communication presentation skill
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
