We are
Accenture’s Applied Cyber Security Services professionals. We focus our services to advise clients on building and delivering robust cybersecurity programs. They work directly with clients to design and implement programs which are holistic and seek to be transformational, including, changing security behaviors and culture across the enterprise, organizational change management for complex system deployments, alignment of user-centric processes and operations. They collaborate with the wider Accenture ecosystem and practices outside of security to deliver best-suited solutions for our clients.
Day-to-Day Work (Role Responsibilities):
- Assist in driving high-profile and high-impact projects involving complex cybersecurity challenges.
- Manage multi-functional teams for the delivery of client cyber security programs.
- Assist Security Delivery & Functional Excellence leadership in the mobilization of the team in North America, support the global expansion.
- Work in teams and with Security Leadership, and other associated stakeholders, to create a compelling Accenture POV and offering for security behavior change and culture transformation programs.
- Advise on organizational effectiveness best practices as it pertains to cyber security programs and assets.
- Advise on, develop, and implement processes to support the generation and management of security behavior change and culture transformation pipeline and its conversion.
- Create and industrialize assets to be used for the delivery of both security organizational change management programs, and security behavior and culture change programs.


Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience related to organizational effectiveness.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Instructional Designer or Technical Trainer
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills):
- Organizational Effectiveness methods and/or certifications, e.g. Design Thinking, PROSCI, PHR, etc.
- Project delivery methods and/or certifications, e.g. Agile, PMP, etc.
- Experience in multiple industry sectors and geographies.
- Experience with offshore delivery models.
- Experience in Cyber Security, e.g. strategy & assessment, governance, system implementation, operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Skill Requirements
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and related topics.
- Strong interest in human behavioral science, organizational psychology, next-generation communications and learning methods.
- Strong interest in contributing to innovation and thought leadership regarding security behavior change and culture transformations.
- Experience in delivering Organizational Change Management Programs.
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Desire to work in an information systems environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
