Cybersecurity Manager Industrial and OT (all genders)

An experienced process automation engineer, eager to develop in cyber security? Or a cybersecurity professional keen to enhance in process automation?

Then live your passion in a position where you identify and evaluate security gaps, develop and implement security strategies and advise customers on optimal use of security solutions.

What awaits you

  • Acting as cybersecurity expert you accompany clients in the Pharmaceutical & Chemistry, Gas & Oil, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Automotive and Building Automation industry through control system and production process digitalization.
  • Depending on your background and experience, you focus on cybersecurity domains such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT security, threat detection and response, network security, vulnerability and patch management.
  • You conduct threat and risk assessments (TRA) in industrial automation and control systems (IACS), develop security concepts and risk mitigation approaches for securing ICS and OT environments and ensure their compliance with regulations, standards, and policies.
  • Our clients can count on your advice and support – not only on convergence projects such as secure digital factory but also on developing and executing OT cyber defense strategies.
  • Last but not least, you support the sales process by preparing client presentations and proof of concepts.


What we're looking forward to

  • Degree or equivalent in a technical field and minimum three years’ experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity
  • Knowledge in industry frameworks, standards, regulations such as IEC 62443, Namur, VDI, NIST SP 800-82, BSI IT-GS/KRITIS, or ENISA CIP
  • GICSP, GRID, IEC 62443, CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, or ITIL certificate would be a plus
  • Background in industrial engineering and operational technology and understanding of requirements and constraints in safety instrumented systems (SIS) advantageous
  • Team player with good communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel
