LOCATIONS:

The Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure team helps clients transform their IT infrastructure using comprehensive, intelligent infrastructure solutions, including cloud, data centers, security solutions and service management. We support digital strategies of our clients by designing and implementing flexible IT solutions.

AS AN ACCENTURE TEAM MEMBER, YOU WILL BE: 

  • Performing support for identity and access management applications with a focus on Certificates authentication;

  • Supporting Requests, Incidents and Changes via Service Now application, our queued ticketing system;

  • Improving employee and workplace performance to meet dynamic business demands;

  • Administration, testing, maintenance and support of PKI and its associated
    infrastructure or tools (work in hybrid environment Cloud and On-Prem).

  • Monitoring and investigating alerts from IT infrastructure (Windows Server & Cloud Solutions).

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Minimum 2 years; experience in Windows Server support;
  • Experience within the customer service area (preferably a multinational organization);
  • Understanding of SCOM, MIM, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, Active Directory and Access Management - would be an asset.
  • Fluent English and good communication skills;
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;

Bonus if you have:

  • PowerShell scripting - would be beneficial.
