  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Responsible to perform web application security assessments using hands on techniques for identifying SQL injections, XSS, CSRF, authentication/authorization issues 2: Threat Modelling and working on tools like MSDL 3: Dynamic security testing of web based application 4: Work with development teams to carry out Application Security Reviews 5: Provide expert advice and recommendation to application development team as well as vendor 6: Manage parallel tasks, prioritize and meet timelines
    
  • Technical Experience : 1: Experience with products dealing with application vulnerability management services which include IBM Appscan , Cenzic hailstorm , Acunetix, Burp suite 2: Web App Penetration testing services which include Backtrack Kali, Metasploit Framework 3: Knowledge on OWASP top 10 Vulnerabilities 4: Scripting knowledge Perl, Python, vbscript, java script, ruby 5: Dynamic security testing of web based application 6: skills in Cross Site Scripting / SQL injection / Source code analysis
