  • Key Responsibilities : A - Advanced knowledge of Radiant Logic VDS and ICS administration B - Strong Knowledge of Access Management LDAP like CA Site Minder Directory, Ping Directory and Ping Data Sync Experience in supporting ODS and Synchronous C - Meta Directory Infrastructure Very good knowledge on Incident, Change, Service management Good Communication Skills D - Spoken and Written Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Team player who also works well independently; self-motivated
    
  • Technical Experience : A - Perl and Shell scripting SSL certificate renewal process B - Ability to develop technical documentation
    
  • Professional Attributes : A - Should be open to work in shifts B - Travel to other locations when required, willing to learn new technologies cross skilling and Upskilling C - Good Communication presentation skill
