  • Key Responsibilities : -Development Support and Maintenance of Ping Federation Components -Work as SME and help team and manage the shift and roaster -Ability to work with client directly and run the weekly and monthly calls and manage the coordination between offshore, onshore and client -Support and maintenance of the applications which must be highly available, robust and scalable -Lead day to day operations of Ping Fed and Access Management implementations associated user administration activities
    
  • Technical Experience : Strong Support and Enhancement knowledge of Ping Fed with 2-5 years of experience -Strong Domain Knowledge of I AM -Solid experience with scripts Experienced on providing break fix solutions -Worked on complex of Ping Fed, Must have knowledge on Directory Services eg experience on providing maintenance support of Ping Fed Expr on Federation/SSO/Two or Multifactor authentication
    
  • Professional Attributes : Should be open to work in shifts, Travel to other locations when required, willing to learn new technologies cross skilling, Upskilling Good Communication presentation skill
    
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
