  • Key Responsibilities : A Experience preferred in Privileged Access management PAM preferably on One Identity products Safeguard PAR TPAM Self driven individual with 3 years of relevant information security experience B Able to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with other relevant teams while doing so C Previous experience on medium and large security tools platforms D Able to communicate with client or stakeholders to ensure required outcomes are met
    
  • Technical Experience : -Strong Implementation, support knowledge with 4-5 years of experience - Undertake complex problem diagnosis for applications and infrastructure areas - Knowledge of Simulation Environment to reproduce issues and prepare the resolution - Experience performing root cause analysis and resolution- Strong knowledge on Cyber Ark PIM Suite, Knowledgeable in performance tuning -Good verbal and written communication, technical document writing, Customer orientation skills
    
  • Professional Attributes : Should be open to work in shifts, Travel to other locations when required,willing to learn new technologies cross skilling, Upskilling Good Communication presentation skill
