  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Zscaler architecture and administration 2 Work on incidents and requests 3 Maintain the security posture up to date 4 Respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for common issues 5 Respond to system outages 6 Maintain Incident remediation and prevention documentation 7 Interact with technical personnel and other teams as required 8 Initiate escalation procedure to resolve incidents 9 Monitor backup 10 Coordinate or participate in individual or team projects
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Expert knowledge on Zscaler cloud product 2 At least 3 years of experience in network security management 3 Have experience in Firewalls , Proxies, and intrusion prevention systems 4 Ability basic knowledge to solve a variety of common technical issues on network and network security 5 Experience managing the rules , policies etc in Zscaler 6 Managing backup/restore of database 7 Good verbal written communication, technical document writing 8 Awareness of global security standards
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Should be open to work in shifts, 2 Travel to other locations when required, 3 willing to learn new technologies cross skilling, Upskilling 4 Good Communication presentation skill
    
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    
  • Additional Information : ITIL or equivalent Good to have Zscaler Certifications
