  • Key Responsibilities : 1Fault Management of Network Security devices and its infrastructure 2Patch Management of Network Security devices from central management server or tool and by manual process 3Backup and restore of Network Security devices 4Firewall / Web Security / IDS/IPS /Endpoint Security Rule administration 5Scheduling and generation of basic reports like Incident Analysis, SLA violation, rule implementation, etc 6Ability to perform on call functions and respond to emergency calls
    
  • Technical Experience : 1Exposure in any of PaloAlto, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Fortigate and Juniper Netscreen OS and JunOS network firewalls 2Exposure in managing VPN, Proxy, WAF, IPS , SSL VPN Devices 3Exposure in any of McAfee Endpoint Security, TrendMicro Deep Security, Windows Defender / SCEP, Symantec Endpoint Security and Crowdstrike AV products
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1Experience in the documentation and design of Standard Operating Procedures 2Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 3Good communication and collaboration skills 4Work in shifts and provides after-hour and weekend on call support when required
    
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    
  • Additional Information : 4 years of relevant experience Knowledge of ITIL and exposure on Service management is preferred
