  • Key Responsibilities : 1; Provide day to day operational support for the Firewall Management Service 2; Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution 3: Responsible to plan for Firewall upgrade with all impact analysis and do advance level Firewall Rule administration 4; Maintenance and operations of one or more major Endpoint Security Solutions For example:Trend Micro, Defender, Symantec Endpoint Security, McAfee ePO etc 5; Analysis of malware issues
    
  • Technical Experience : 1; Advance level Firewall administration and troubleshooting 2; Experience to integrate Endpoint Security Solution with Database, NTP, SIEM, SNMP, SMTP, LDAP server etc 3; Monitoring and configuring deployment of AV and HIPS signatures 4; Experience in Fine Tune Anti-Malware HIPS Security Policies 5; Firewall deployment exposure, sound knowledge of maintenance and operations of- Cisco, Fortigate, Palo alto etc 6; Ability to verify and analyze Trend Data Reporting and prepare RCAs
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1: Good verbal communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization methods 2: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with no supervision
    
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or higher degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    
  • Additional Information : 1; Good to have knowledge on cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP etc 2; Good to have ITIL V3/V4
