  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Oversee overall running of the Security Information and Event Management system SIEM, working closely with Infrastructure, Security and third-party teams 2 Define and facilitate the creation of new rules within the SIEM 3 Create or troubleshoot existing alerts and make modifications to alerts within the SIEM 4 Schedule the running of vulnerability scans of clients environment as well as the creation of scheduled and ad-hoc reporting 5 Oversight of Endpoint Detection and Response
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 At least 3-4 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, ideally in a highly vendor leveraged delivery model 2 Able to use current technology and tools to solve customer issues and maximizes resource utilization 3 Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to comprehend business terms 4 Experience with root cause analysis and strong collaboration, negotiation and problem resolution skills
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Able to organize and prioritize, completing tasks to tight deadlines 2 Comfortable taking ownership for own work, identifying the need for action whilst working effectively within a team
    
  • Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    
  • Additional Information : 2 ITIL Foundations Certification a plus 3 ITIL accredited preferred
