  • Key Responsibilities : 1-Manage the Splunk Platform 2-Daily monitoring of the Splunk platform 3-Resolving incidents related to Splunk Platform 4-Improvements in process/technology 5-Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting and Dashboard creations 6-Participate in client/internal calls, Log source on- boarding, Shift handling 7-Fault Management/Troubleshooting Splunk Components 8-Custom Apps management and creation 9-Incident Management
    
  • Technical Experience : 1-Understanding of Splunk Architecture and Components 2-Understanding of Networking concepts 3-implementation of Splunk components in complex environments, Log Source integration 4-Exp - Reports and Dashboard creation Troubleshooting Splunk components, log parsing and log sources, Creating custom apps / parsers 5-Understanding of ITSM
