Key Responsibilities : 1: To be able manage the Access Management landscape which includes ForgeRock OpenAM/OpenIG/OpenDJ and SiteMinder
2: To be able to work on Service-Now and Remedy ticketing tools in a 24/7 Operations
Technical Experience : 1: Expertise in Support and Maintenance of ForgeRock Components such as OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM, OpenIG on day-to-day basis
2: Support and maintenance of the applications which must be highly available, robust and scalable Lead day to day operations of ForgeRock Identity and Access Management implementations and associated user administration activities
Professional Attributes : 1: Good verbal communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization methods
2: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little or no supervision
