The Work

You’ll often be:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Accenture’s client account leads, industry leads and our clients;

  • Working with technical architects and maintaining a good understanding of how to solution end-to-end decentralized Identity & Biometrics enterprise architecture based on client requirements and business needs;

  • Leading client and internal stakeholders’ conversations (including demos) on Blockchain Identity & Biometrics service offerings;

  • Setting strategic direction to establish near and long-term goals for area of responsibility;

  • Interacting and developing relationships with Accenture and geographical leadership to identify and qualify sales opportunities;

  • Originating and developing decentralized Identity & Biometrics specific opportunities (proposals and Request For Proposal responses);

  • Driving decentralized Identity & Biometrics sales across existing and new clients and consortia;

  • Taking qualified sales opportunities through the sales process with the support of sales and local Accenture teams to successfully complete the sales cycle;

  • Working closely with client account and Accenture legal teams to lead statement of work and other contractual development activities;

  • Participating in account planning and forecasting activities as required across multiple client accounts and consortia;

  • Expanding our offerings and services in new areas of the client’s business;

  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of global Blockchain Identity & Biometrics service offerings, assets, and group’s business and technology directions;

  • Understanding and tailoring our global assets (e.g. Accenture Leadership conversation decks, sales materials, Points of Views, and Thought Leadership etc.) to the specific local business needs and considerations;

  • Understanding the local market and client business directions to build new decentralized Identity and Biometrics capabilities;

  • Supporting the operations team by providing status and updates for engagement deliveries and sales in timely manner;

  • Leading end to end project delivery and stakeholder management across internal and external teams;

  • Responsible for timelines, quality of output and overall team management;

  • Planning and prioritizing activities for the team/meets deadlines consistently;

  • Forecasting and managing resource requirements optimally; 

  • Managing a portfolio of projects, including project financials, execution and guiding the project teams;

  • Mentoring (junior) team members and stimulating a positive learning environment.


You should have experience with some of the following:

  • Experience with blockchain or distributed ledgers.

  • Conveying and communicating complex scenarios and solutions in a simple, logical manner that addresses varying audiences.

  • Understanding business challenges and explaining how an offering and service provides value with an objective and independent point of view.

  • Working through organizational change and/or expanding ecosystem relationships, developing, and delivering creative solutions.

  • Insights on key methodologies, approaches, and market trends.

Key Requirements

  • Initiating sales pursuits to identify new strategy consulting opportunities with our clients, shaping proposals, and gaining client agreement/approval to move forward

  • Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of our clients' strategic/organizational objectives

  • Manages program delivery

Preferred Skills

  • 10 -15+ years’ experience in large scale technology transformations and/or emerging technologies tech innovation

  • Deep understanding of Blockchain & Multiparty Systems technology

  • Excellent presentation, speaking, and communication skills

  • Strong management presence as well as facilitation experience with storytelling skills

  • Excellent Team Management and people development skills

  • Comfortable with remote management

  • Ability to interact effectively with multiple groups and geographies
