A good understanding of security and resilience services is required plus an understanding of cutting edge technical expertise. We will build your technical understanding and will provide training and coaching to help you develop into trusted advisers on cyber defence.

We are looking for individuals with experience across a wide variety of Security capabilities as we are recruiting for more than one role.  Experience in some of the following would be advantageous - Cloud and Infrastructure Security, Data Security, Managed Security Services, Identity and Access Security, Application Security, GRC and Cyber Defence Services.  Individuals should also have experience in Systems Integration and solution development and delivery

We are looking for talented, entrepreneurial and driven consulting and sales professionals to join as Sales Directors.  

Our Sales Directors are at the heart of our business playing a key role in acting as trusted relationship managers, sustaining and growing existing Cyber Defence business by bringing to bear the full range of Cyber Defence services and expertise. Our Sales Directors also have an important role in helping to develop and sell new, more sophisticated and ground-breaking Managed Cyber Defence services


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the Security component within strategic accounts/deals and design business development plans for future Sales pipeline
  • Develop the Security proposal & RFI requests, collaboratively working with colleagues across the wider Accenture to prepare and help deliver high quality proposals and presentations to clients
  • Ensure that all opportunities are accurately tracked in our systems, our pricing is consistent with Account Team objectives, contracting and other arrangements meet all Accenture requirements.
  • Ensure that your Business Development and sales targets, and all other KPIs, are met
  • Meet personal and career development objectives agreed with the Security leadership team – including the completion of internal and external training courses
  • Attend prospect meetings and client review meetings, represent Security at Accenture events, industry conferences and other external meetings as required

 What skills & experience are we looking for?

We are looking for ambitious professionals with a proven track record in Security sales and a good awareness and understanding of Cyber Security.  You must have business development and consultative sales experience, experience in working in a structured, sophisticated and disciplined security sales team, a good grip on commercial contracting; and, plenty of energy and appetite for change.  You must also have an outgoing and engaging personality, have strong written and oral communication skills – and be a real team player.

  • Deep experience and understanding on some of the following – Security Strategy & Risk, Cyber Security & Resilience, Cloud and Infrastructure Security, Platform and Data Security, Digital Identity Security and Application Security
  • Prior experience of working with Enterprise Level clients is essential
  • Experience in some key platforms – Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, etc
  • Knowledge of Cloud – AWS, Azure and Google
  • Strong relationships and experience of working with CISO/CSRO/CIO
  • Experience in one or more industries i.e.
    • Communication, Media & Technology
    • Health & public sector
    • Financial services
    • Products
    • Resources
