• Key Responsibilities : 1: Should be able to lead the offshore team 2 to 3 members and also make technical conversations directly with the client 2: Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs 3: Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform 4: Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications 5: Creating timelines and development goals 6: Testing the stability and functionality of the application
  
• Technical Experience : 1: Should be an hands on Salesforce developer with min 3 yrs of experience in SFDC with good understanding of AD AM release mgmt process and able to work on resolution of incidents , build minor CRs ; fulfilment of service requests 2: Knowledge on 1 of the 4 areas Sales Cloud ; Service Cloud ; Mulesoft ; Einsten Analytics 3: Certification 1 of the 3 Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce platform developer I or Salesforce platform developer II
