Solution Architecture– Analyst
Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd – Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon- India
In Ecosystem Sourcing Services we support our Resale Leads and specific clients in the acquisition of manufacturer product and product related services. We work closely with our sales enablement teams and our strategic technology partners/alliances to drive resell of hardware and software technology and services through our client IT and Procurement organizations. The ESS team supports clients across MU in all geographies.
The MAG Sourcing Team specializes in supporting Accenture pre-sales deal teams to shape the reselling of MAG Cloud Services into the client proposition then post-sale, to provide services to on-board the provider accounts, operate billing and provide a unique Customer Success Management function. The MAG Sourcing Pricedesk team provides a critical service as part of the pre-sales process to provide MAG provider consumption costs to requesters based on a provided bill of material.
The Cloud Service Pricing /Technical Architect will function in MAG Price desk team to provide Cloud services rate, pricing and consumption estimates to requestors. The analyst must analyze pricing details provided through spend inventories and/or existing billing data – and provide price estimates for spend on Azure, AWS, Google, Alibaba. Typical SLA is 24 hours, excluding weekends / public holidays. The analyst must also understand all the consumption offerings of the major providers (all the services offered by AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba) as well as the different pricing models (i.e. reserved instances, savings plans, etc.) that are offered. Queries from clients related to cloud services and explanations of these various options (with supporting communication skills) must be supported.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• The Cloud Service Pricing /Tech Architect will analyze and support cloud consumption estimate reporting and share in designated templates / financial models. Role will cater to requests made from all Accenture Geographies globally.
• The Cloud Service Pricing / Tech Architect will be responsible for processing estimate requests and adhere to defined processes and SLAs.
• Understand requirements shared by client teams / solution architects / billing analysts for all services by all cloud providers
• Understand various pricing options of the cloud providers. Keep him/her self-updated on evolution by the cloud providers – with supporting Accenture training
• Understand various services from the cloud providers and be able to explain to price desk requestors / customers
• Understand AESS templates for estimation and financial modeling, and - adhere to process laid by management regarding providing those to requestors
• Technical understanding of cloud solutions and architecture will be helpful to serving customers
• Creating full pricing matrix for all cloud providers
As our ideal candidate you’ll also have:
Preferred Skills:
• College degree with at least 2 years industry experience in a ecosystem partners administration, support, or configuration.
• Should have at least one Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure and Alibaba) technology certification.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with Stakeholders, peers, and coworkers.
• Possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
