People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.
Business Process Delivery professionals execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement.
- Master Story teller, identify key buyer value and value proposition in F A deals and prospects
- Lead and Shape F&A deals and be in front of client upfront in deal cycle
- F&A Inter lock with Regional BPS Sales leads for specific sub regions and Enterprise lead
- Joint pursuit of F&A opportunities with Market units and Enterprise lead
- Lead Client interaction in new deals RFP, Orals, co-design workshops client interaction
- Create F&A Client industry specific Tower solution, transformation vision roadmap customized to client industry domain and regional nuances in deal
- Develop industry POVs and functional assets for Record to report
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years minimum of experience with F&A Sales transformation or client relationship lead role in Finance BPO or consulting roles
- Record to report domain experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or post graduate in Finance
- CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
