Ecosystem Sales Enable Senior Analyst

LOCATIONS:

The Ecosystem Sales Enablement professional is responsible for supporting sales directors in the management and execution of sourcing opportunities to achieve sales targets. Working with Ecosystem Sales Directors, partners, client teams and clients to ensure the high quality, value-add delivery of our sourcing services in the quote-to-cash lifecycle for sourcing services, cloud & subscription management, and embedded solutions. This is a client facing role in practical proximity to clients being served.

We are a team of 120 professionals globally, with approximately 25 team members across North America, and we are responsible for reselling technology to global Accenture clients. Our work scope changes regularly because we respond to sales team and client requests and are expected to be able to make decisions by ourselves.
We are regulated with our processes to meet established requirements, but flexible in our approach to meet the multiple requests we receive. Initial training is 3 months at the Accenture office. You will then either work from the Accenture office, from home, or at the client site, as required.
This will be your future role:
We help our clients with the administrative work related to the technology quote-to-cash reselling process starting from creating the Accenture resell quote, working with our technology partners to obtain the correct bill of materials, controlling required documentation, gathering necessary approvals, requesting purchase orders, following delivery of products, and invoicing the client.
You will have the opportunity to learn about emerging technology and work with the largest global technology providers in the industry.
We constantly communicate with our colleagues from Sales, Finance and Ecosystem teams and we mediate the entire process to successfully resolve clients’ requests. We are the foundation in the technology reselling process, the face to the client, and the team known for providing excellent customer service.
These will be your future responsibilities:
You will communicate via email, through automated order systems, and participate in conference calls. You will perform tactical core tasks pricing, quoting, registrations, order preparation, shipment tracking, and reporting. You will multitask based on priorities Post training, you will serve as the expert to our sales people on resale approach and policies.


We are seeking team members we can rely on, because the result of our work depends on a dutiful and proactive attitude and mutual collaboration. You will use different tools, for example Outlook, Excel, ServiceNow and SAP Excel experience is highly preferred, we will train on other technology platforms.
High level understanding and interest in technology platforms: hardware, software, and associated services
Knowledge of finance concepts and quote to cash workflow: invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, invoice collection
Aptitude for negotiation and interest in the sales and selling environment
High attention to detail, an ability to work within a team, report statuses, prioritization skills for multiple requests, an ability to work under pressure is also a must, along with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced multitasking environment.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Proficient organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Excellent (written and oral) communication and interpersonal skills
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience proficient skills and knowledge of Microsoft Product suite
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
Minimum 2 years’ experience Sales focus: the ability to provide customer focused service and to upsell
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
