Digital Content Project Specialist - Pharma industry 

Pharma industry based Project Specialist coordinates with Scientific Communications Directors and Medical Communications agencies for the planning and distribution of digital materials on the portals. They plan the congresses and manage the timelines of other teams. 

What will you do?

• Congress publication responsibilities 

• Content operations 

• Upload and tagging of the content provided by customer and third parties on the portal for all markets in scope  creation and update of congress   specialty pages on the portal  publishing of the content and digital assets on the portal 

• Creation and distribution to client s stakeholders and agencies of the congress preparation package  arrange and lead a kick off meeting of the congress management activities  education and coordination on the current publication process of digital assets in the platform

• Coordination and planning, allocation of publication work within Company s  content publication team

• Content migration, coordination and support with IT during the migration, quality insurance, guidance education to new stakeholders, content technical coordination if special requirements are needed for the new localization after migration has ended and the site in use.

• Central management of congress digital assets requested by Customer on the portal and monthly preparation of reporting of operational indicators mutually agreed with the client
