Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Work with the leadership teams, Operations and reporting to understand and deliver to their strategic priorities
Program manage initiatives, including clearly documenting the team’s priorities, success criteria and milestones
Driving day to day progress toward meeting these milestones, driving deliverables, providing leadership oversight, data mining to understand process improvement opportunities
Identifying, tracking, and driving resolution on barriers for continued progress, managing end to end project deliverables, raising risks issues, managing mitigation plans
Establishing a clear and concise reporting package providing monthly or ad hoc, as needed status updates, reporting, tracking and open issues
At the direction of the account leadership, could be hands on and directly lead and deliver to selected priorities
Be the dot connector with global, local and global function mindset
Ensuring there is integration across each functional workstream and helping create a unified and holistic program
Optimizing programs to ensure we can roll out centrally with customization at global level
Develop, coach and support team members and members of extended team
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years Project Management experience leading projects from start to hyper care, managing key milestones, and driving deliverables
Minimum 2 years data analytics experience
Preferred Qualifications:
High level of proficiency with MS Excel : pivot table, ranges charts, formulas, vlookup, etc.
