Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of multiple cross channel productions. Stills/photographic experience is a must in addition to film/live action and post production knowledge 

• Build close working relationships with clients to aid project development  

• Financial responsibility for project budgets  

• Manage and oversee the production schedule  

• Establish and maintain clear project communication with internal and external parties  

• Create and maintain all project documentation (e.g schedules and budget management) 

• Plan content requirements and manage internal and external asset production 

• Actively lead strategic discussions, brainstorming and project development  

• Overseeing team members and delegating tasks  

• Contracting and management of freelancers for relevant projects 

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

WORKING BACKGROUND  

• Established Producer with significant experience delivering multiplatform projects. Strong knowledge of film, photographic asset production and CGI/post production workflows is essential 

• You will be happy to tutor the existing production team and develop production knowledge within the team— especially with regard to live action production and post and CGI based projects 

• Exceptional communication skills and a flexible and friendly client management style  

• Must enjoy working in a fast moving Agency environment. Be a team player and lead by example  

• Flexible approach and ability to make decisions as part of a team with a strong operational background  

• Ability to adapt your skills and approach to a broad range of project types  

• A desire to build further client product knowledge 

• Effective negotiation skills, experienced with managing suppliers and contractors  

• Experience working with contract terms related to talent and usages  

CORE/COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS 

• Strong IT skills with strong knowledge of MS Office (including Project and Excel) 

• Excellent attention to detail 

• Time management – ability to organize and plan workloads for yourself as well as the broader team members 

• Excellent understanding of financials processes from raising p/o’s, invoicing and reconciling projects
