Key Responsibilities

  • To work closely with creative to ensure that all brief are delivered in such a way to achieve to the required quality and quantity.

  • To director and monitor project managers that all agreed deadlines and project management activities are met and that sufficient resource is in place to deliver to the required timescales.

  • Partnership with Creative Service director for all related creative work including all photographic shoots and oversee post-production processes for all imagery.

  • Purchasing process management, all quotes in related to 3rd party vendors has to be meet JLR’s protocol.

  • 3rd party vendors management and evaluation.

  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for all creative department output

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirement.

  • Ensures that the creative team operates in an efficient and innovative manner

  • Partners with the Operations Director to ensure that our creative assets remain leading edge and

  • ahead of our competition

  • Ensures that a high quality of creative and production is upheld, maintaining consistently high standards for him/herself and others on the team

  • Delivers strategic communication solutions that help the agency attain the marketing and communications objectives

  • Managing outside resources, including vendors, photographers, retouchers, printers, freelancers, and agencies

  • Operations team member performance evaluation and assessment.

  • Conduct regular report meeting with global Operations team.


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • In this role is ideal for someone has a good understanding of work in advertising agency, the automotive world and cultures, with detail-oriented mind and deep understanding of integrated campaign.
