  • Key Responsibilities : a: Reporting related communication with report stakeholders and SMO team, SMO daily calls b: SLA tracking, SLA Performance and MD Forecast c: CMDB and AM in-scope app comparison d: Project Tracker data update and validation, AD reporting Delivery Enablement calls e: Incl defining reporting metrics, clarifying project attributes and updates in the tool
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Knowledge of SharePoint, SNOW, VDI, MS Teams, My Wizard b: Knowledge of MS Office, MSPS
