  • Key Responsibilities : A:Overall responsible for leading offshore delivery team on change/run side Customer and Investment B:Create transition plan, mobilize team, engage client stakeholders, service review, manage run governance framework C:Track Programme RAIDs MI reporting as agreed with client D:Drive continuous improvement, innovation, automation initiatives Drive proactive and preventive incident/problem management
    
  • Technical Experience : A:10 years of experience in managing Run/Change B:Strong experience of software development and delivery management C:Excellent interpersonal relationship / team player skills Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English D:Ability to handle multiple competing tasks, prioritizing to ensure business deliverables are met even under stressful situations
