People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.
Business Process Delivery professionals execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement.
Develop and execute activities related to end to end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables. Overall responsibility for the production quality, planning, and temp labor budget management. Oversight of inbound and outbound processing. Review, approve, and manage Labor Plans and Production Plans Report status to Accenture ETS.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years minimum experience in Business Operations Management
- 5 years minimum experience in Client Relationship Building and Management
- 5 years minimum experience in Estimation and Planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Program and Project Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep team-building skills
- Lean Six-Sigma methodology knowledge
