The Lead Compliance and Controls Specialist is a project manager with proven leadership, problem solving and analytical skills. They demonstrate collaboration, communication and an ability to work with cross functional groups in an environment of constant change, constantly driving for results.

This position is the E Business point of contact for all projects and ongoing maintenance for the client websites. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of client website structures and pages in order to be proactive in ensuring that all pages are up to date based on current marketing programs and needs of the business. 

The position is a part of a Financial Services organization that provides digital acquisition, servicing and marketing for retail credit products. The organization supports the entire North America consumer and commercial Retail Services portfolio of 30 retail partners. The organization s charter is to provide an exceptional customer experience, maintain the integrity and manage the success of all digital channels, and successfully deliver on key enterprise projects that improve all B2B2C interactions, positively impact the business bottom line and drive increased digital engagement.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of Agile Project Management methodology

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of software development lifecycle

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Understanding of testing processes

  • Prior experience with JIRA

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication 

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills

  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence cross functionally

  • Exceptional project management skills with rigorous attention to detail

  • Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization

  • Customer centric attitude

  • Experience in managing communications production, particularly website planning, management and production

  • High energy individual with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

  • Knowledge of credit card and or bank operations and logistics helpful

  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment
